Sunday Brunch at the Becker's

I played with the super macro setting on my Fuji S8000fd.

There were a lot of kids on the backyard trampoline.

I finally got to meet Teddy. He didn't seem to mind that I put him on the table to take his picture.

Sandra's Bat Mitzvah

Nowadays Bar & Bat Mitzvahs have a theme. Sandra's was "shopping." The place cards were credit cards with the name of the tables. I wish I was at Starbucks, but I was at Fendi.

All of Sandra's friends were anxiously awaiting her arrival in their socks.

Wendy, Andy, Ashley & Molly cheer Sandra's dramatic arrival. Where's Valerie?

Sandra was the center of attention.

Molly's hair was like a piece of art. I could have photographed it all night.

Molly & Ashley ... Gaby & Molly

Andrea, Jamie, Emily & Lindsay were trying to avoid the facilitators.

The proud grandparents.

David, Rachel & Jason model pimp hats on the dance floor.

My mom & Hank share a slow dance. Then Lisa & Herbert speed things up.

The kids tables had elaborate "shopping themed" centerpieces.

The food was fab & beautifully presented.

PGA TOUR staff featured on What the Duck

Yesterday's What the Duck comic strip was a perfect depiction of JR, Chris & me. Notice JR's glasses & Chris' sunglasses. I sent this around the office & got some replies.

First Tina edited today's comic.

Then Mike said I forgot the newest, most important member of the team, so he embellished yesterday's strip.

I told Mike the intern was supposed to be the Aborigine duck with the spear & loin cloth. I suggested he add a blond wig & coconuts!

Blogworthy? ... Yup!

I told Matt if he did something blogworthy, I'd make him famous. Whipped cream on his nose at a staff dinner is good enough for me. Now I have to work on getting this picture put on his all access credential!

Monster Board

Matt told me the view was great from the top of the Monster Board. I told him I went inside it yesterday, but I didn't go past the first level. After our chat I decided to check it out. Matt neglected to tell me that there weren't any stairs between the 3rd & 4th levels. After going so far, I wasn't turning back. I climbed the scaffolding to get to the top.

WGC-CA ... yeah, I know I'm not supposed to abbreviate.

I'm at Doral Resort & Spa for the World Golf Championships - CA Championship. After I set up my headshot studio, I walked around to shoot some ambiance. There was awesome light followed by a beautiful sunset.

I climbed inside the Monster Board & found these crates of numbers.

Sunbounce Flight

Mike is at it again! He has a lot of fun with Photoshop. That's supposed to be Jana piloting the plane.

Aqua Grill Birthday Lunch

Last Thursday John asked me if I was okay having my birthday lunch on Monday instead of Friday. I said, "sure, but why?" He smirked & said my card wasn't gonna be ready. I had no idea what that was supposed to mean. I knew I wouldn't get anymore details, so I let him slide. It was worth the wait!

Here's the photo from the inside ... Mike must have too much free time!

We had a full house. Everybody was in town.

The waiter couldn't figure out how to spell my name.

Birthday Waffles

Evanne & Vic came over for waffles.

Wow ... I'm only 30! ;o)

Evanne made a smiley face with strawberries & whipped cream.

TOUR Academy Unwrapped

It was windy.

Really, really, really windy!

It's not easy shooting a flag with a point & shoot.

Being a stylist isn't such a bad thing after all.

Tina learned quickly that it's all about getting good blog photos ...

... but she really needed to practice her penmanship.

What are we doing?!?

Shooting a group photo, of course.

John, Travis & Todd are so NOT lazy! (it's an inside joke)

But apparently, I am! FYI ... I'm really NOT taking a nap!

I'm shooting this:

Mooning Mallards

I was up really early to take my mom & Hank to the airport at 5am. When I got home, I was sitting in my Florida room minding my own business when these two ducks mooned me! What's up with that? I wonder if they did it on a dare? I can hear it now ... "On the count of three ... one, two, three, moon!"
