Deck the Chairs

We went to check out Deck the Chairs in Jax Beach tonight

The octopus' arms are made of 15,318 plastic bottles. The arms represent the usage footprint of 6.5 people in one year! The average American uses roughly 185 lbs of plastic/year. It took volunteers over 410 hours to build.

Weekend Company

My Aunt Pauline always used to say ... "You haven't had sushi until you've had sushi with my son Richard!" Of course she was right!

We spent a nice weekend with Richie & Lisa. They brought their Dachshund menorah.

Sapulo Island & Reynolds Mansion

This morning Mary & I took the ferry to Sapulo Island in Georgia to check out Reynolds Mansion.

The Circus Room

I loved photographing the old dilapidated bowling alley in the basement.

It was a beautiful day for a ferry ride.

We stopped at a great Thai restaurant in Brunswick, GA. on the way home. The cute little kid in the booth next to us kept flopping his stuffed bear over the divider. It was so funny.
