From PLV Colorado to Santa Fe to Santa Rosa Lake State Park

After Peace Love & Vans, we stopped in Santa Fe to say hi to Amy. We haven't seen her in decades!

 

Then we had lunch with Heather at Pantry Rio.

Google had the most comfy seat at the table!

We camped at Santa Rosa Lake State Park in Santa Rosa, NM.

Guess who has dirty paws?!? Riley & Bonnie had a great playdate!

All of the Embassy owners & wannabes went to the Vehicles of Connection workshop with Terry from Embassy RV. 

Towards the end of his presentation, Terry invited some fellow owners up to speak.

Norm, one of the neighbors across from our Embassy, suggested Google might benefit from Reiki. He really enjoyed Norm's treatment.

Mike, Val & Bonnie came to hang out with Riley, Google Mary & I.

Afterwards Riley & I went to check out their Cape Cod.

We all went to the Willow Nest to seek out some shade. There's not much at Hummingbird Ranch.

Then we got together at the Embassy sponsor exhibit for another one.

Gumball Run to Peace Love & Vans Colorado

Since we had plans to meet the other Embassys on the Gumball Run before getting to Peace Love & Vans ...

... we were able to stop at In-N-Out Burger. I don't think we've eaten at one of these since we stopped going to Indian Wells in 2005! That's 21 years ago!!!

We drove 6 miles on a dirt road to Hummingbird Ranch

All of the Embassys were together on the way in.

Tornado Warning Aftermath, Alpaca Farm & Chatfield State Park

We planned to spend the night with Val, Mike & Bonnie at Annie's Alpaca Ranch in Longmont, Colorado ...

 

 

... but it was so hot that we all decided to head out to join the rest of the Embassy gang & shorten our drive tomorrow. 

 

When we got to Chatfield State Park in Littleton, Colorado, we saw Terry fixing the door on Owen & Lynn's Cape Cod.

 

Google loved relaxing in the chair ... 

... & on my lap!
