RiverLeaf InstaCamper Box

Mary recently ordered an InstaCamper Box for her van. Today, the RiverLeaf Arches arrived, so it was time for installation. It's so practical & well made.

It comes with all of the cushions & table. It's pretty comfy!

Yummy Food Day

Great lunch at Bodrum Mediterranean Kitchen. It was the first time we ordered Greek Pizza there & it was awesome. Mary had Spinach & Feta & I had Gyro Pizza.

We went to Aloha Waffle Bar for dinner.

We shared Grilled Cheese It Brah (cheddar topped Bubble Waffle stuffed with melted Cheddar & Havarti Blend).

For dessert we shared a Peanut Butter Bubble Waffle topped with chocolate ice cream, chocolate & peanut butter drizzle, Reese’s Pieces & a peanut butter cup at #alohawafflebar

More Tacos!

Lunch at Del Sur Taqueria & Cantina was so great yesterday, we had to go there again. This time, Stella & Google joined us for lunch with Danny & Ben on the patio.

Even though the Barbacoa Taco was AMAZING yesterday, Mary & I both decided to try something different.

Mary had the Ahi Tuna Taco with seared tuna, battered avocado, sesame chili sauce, pickled cabbage,mango-habanero relish & crispy tortilla strips.

I decided to try the Steak Stir Fry Taco with carmelized onions, peppers & cabbage, sauteed in soy sauce served over a bed of rice, finished with house yum-yum sauce.

Of course we also had the Sopapilla Nachos for dessert again but opted to not shoot pix out of fear that the ice cream would melt LOL. Everything was yummy!

Cabin & Statesboro

Our cabin has everything you need for camping, cooking & baking.

Google always has a chin rest!

We took a ride into Statesboro & went to Del Sur Taqueria & Cantina for lunch. We decided to eat in the van since there were a lot of dogs dining on the outside patio. It was awesome!

We both had the Crispy & Cheesy Corn Nuggets appetizer & the Barbacoa Tacos ... Korean style bbq beef, sweet fried plantain, Jamaican relish & cotija cheese.

For dessert, we had Sopapilla Nachos ... Fried flour tortilla chips dusted with powdered sugar & honey, served with a scoop of ice cream. Everything was fab!
