Mary showed Helaine & Andrea how she makes jalapeño cheese bread in her new Dutch Oven. Unfortunately we were low on jalapeños so she couldn't sprinkle them on top.
Google insisted on controlling the clicker tonight.

We only had one serving of Ben & Jerry's doggie ice cream in the freezer. There was a whole lot of sharing going on. First Patty gave some to Stella.
Then Bobby gave some to Stella.
Then Bobby gave some to Google.
Then Jessie gave some to Google while Stella kissed Patty on the lips.
With Seamus' 13th birthday coming up, it's also his Bark Mitzvah. He was happy to pose for some pix with his mom Lisa.
When I got home, Stella didn't even notice that I smelled like another dog ... she was too busy checking out Lisa's fresh baked treats & our new cookie jar. We love them!
Stella's ears are always perky after her haircut.
Stella is giving me the evil eye. She doesn't understand why Google got a new bandana & he didn't even get a haircut.
Haircuts are exhausting!
Tonight was the 38th Annual Luminaria in the Riverside Avondale neighborhood of Jacksonville. Of course I love the inflatable VW van!
Stella loves being my co-pilot. Of course she's comfortable with her bed/pillow & safe with her Sleepypod Clickit Sport Plus seatbelt.
The roofing company sent over a guy to take drone photos today. Find my mom in the first pic & find me in the last drone pic.
Later in the day, they painted the stucco that was replaced.
This morning, Federal Engineering did the uplift test on the roof.
This afternoon, Adam came over. Stella was wondering why she was getting ice cream every day ...
... but she wasn't gonna pass it up.
Breakfast with Murray
Stella loves my mom's visiting nurse Julia & the feeling is mutual. Julia came over with some presents for Stella today ... a new bandana, coffee mug & Christmas stocking. Julia also got to give Stella some ice cream.
Look at those smiles ...
... & kisses!
Mom & Hank's roof is starting to look good. There's still more work to be done, but it's getting there. We still need more inspections, cracked tiles replaced, fascia boards painted & gutters installed. Unfortunately I won't be able to be here for the whole project.
Stella decided to take a nap after our walk & breakfast.
More hip tiles installed today. They said the cement will lighten over the next 8-12 months.
