From Stone Mountain to Mount Airy, NC

It's a beautiful morning at Stone Mountain State Park.

We pulled the Embassy into Wally's Service in Mount Airy, NC, home of the Andy Griffith Show.

We camped out at South Mountains State Park in Roaring Gap, NC.

Blowing Rock, a 250 million year old cliff formation, is 4000 feet above sea level. It's North Carolina's oldest tourist attraction. There are a lot of turtles next to the visitor's center.

NY Bound ... The Slow Route

Stella & Google are so tired even though our trip just started. Maybe they're just resting up for the adventure.

Showers, Tervis Tumblers & Mr. Duck

Stella & Google got showers today but Google was camera shy.

I brought 5 Tervis Tumblers to their store in St Augustine to be sent in for free repair.

Memorial Park Waves

The balustrade railing is down at Memorial Park from a bad storm.

I got a little too close while taking some pix & got drenched!

New Windshield

With 2 cracks in my windshield from flying debris, I finally decided to get it replaced. First the camera had to be removed.

The last step was calibrating the camera in my driveway.

Couch Time

Stella doesn't like going up on the couch anymore so it's such a treat for me when she does.

Embassy Sliding Door Handle

The actual door handle on the inside of our RAM Promaster Embassy is the one on the left. We bought & installed the one on the right. It's so much bigger & so much easier to open now.
