Gotta Love Having Food Trucks at Work

It's another summertime Friday & time for a food truck by the media center. This week we had On The Fly.

The Firecracker Seared Ahi Tuna was served over cilantro wasabi napa cabbage slaw with pickled ginger. It was amazing!

We also had Braised Pulled Pork Tacos topped with On The Fly slaw, fresh avocado & fried onion straws.
