Rebel Homeowner?

One of the joys of living in a gated community is getting a dreaded violation notice in the mail. I got 4 of them & I'm on the homeowners board LOL! I guess that's what happens when they do a walk-thru during THE PLAYERS.  ;-)

Notice #1: Pressure clean house, driveway & roof.
Notice #2: Substandard lawn maintenance (I apparently had a few dollar weeds).
Notice #3: Replace mailbox.
Notice #4: Replace mailbox (yes I got 2 for the mailbox).

All of the work was done in the past couple of weeks. I think I have the cleanest house in the hood.  No more mud daubers, bugs, webs, dirt or violation letters for me. LOL! 

My new mailbox is up to the neighborhood standard.

Newly sealed front path, side patio, brick pavers & bulkhead should keep the mold away.

Totally up to code now.  :-)

Injured Windshield & Paw

Last week my windshield got cracked when a pebble flew into it on A1A. Today I had it replaced at my office.

Last Sunday, Stella tore up her front paw pads at Mary's party when she ran laps around the pool, non-stop all day.

Stella has stayed on the grass the last few days. Today, I went to Target to buy her baby socks so I could take her for a walk. How cute are these?!?

They didn't seem to bother her.

Even though I don't like country music, I loved Jake Owen's awesome tour bus.

It was a Prevost painted to look like an old VW van. So cool!

They even had a selfie wall painted just like the outside of the restaurant.

When I stopped by our Travel Department to book my tickets to France, Dionne offered me a homemade French themed cupcake. I picked one with a poodle, of course.

A Walk on the Beach

We headed south from Mickler's & saw a dead baby humpback whale that washed ashore. Stella wanted to check it out.
