Brighton Beach Boxes

Stan & I had lunch at the Italian restaurant at the Crown. This is the ceiling over the outdoor dining area.

Everywhere you go, there's always gelato & it's usually photogenic..

While I was waiting for some info from the concierge I saw a potential photo.

My self-portrait

This pup wanted to play fetch.

Unfortunately we only had about 90 minutes of awesome light. I could've shot there for hours!

Stan braved a beach bathroom.

Annual Family Beach Party

It was a picture perfect day to have our party at Catalina.

There's always an itinerary.

Beach volleyball

Bobby & Howie ... one of 3 sets of twins at the party.

The Sandras ... Larry & Cal

It isn't easy to get over 60 people to look at the camera, but Rob pulled it off with a lot of help from Photoshop! ;-)

After dinner, over 60 relatives started singing!

Apparently, we were celebrating my "big" birthday that was in March.

The sunset was AMAZING!

PVB Sunrise

Sunrise view from the beach at the Lodge. There's only one good reason to get up early on a work day ... fishing with Snowman.

Nice cast Rob!

John caught 2 pompano, 2 whiting & a catfish.

Catch wanted some of John's fresh Mayport shrimp.

Rob brought his double-wide so Kent & I got to take a break.

Beach After Work

The weather was gorgeous after work. I knew Stella was getting groomed tomorrow, so I picked her up for a trip to the beach. I'm not sure what she liked more, the ride there ...

... or frolicking in the surf.

Stella Goes Fishing

Stella's been to the beach before, but she's never gone fishing.

John planned to teach her the finer points of surfcasting.

Stella & I frolicked in the surf.

Easily bored with fishing, she decided to play instead.

John demonstrates the art of surfcasting.

First he catches a whiting, then he photographs it.
