Halloween 2011

This is Creative Services Halloween card. Jana was Sally from the Nightmare Before Christmas, Carrie was John Rice, Mike was Colonel Sanders & Rob was Edward Scissorhands.

Rob toned down his costume to Edward's hedge-cutting scene wardrobe to make it more work appropriate.

John Snow came by to see everyone's costume & to document their annual lunchtime trek to Publix.

As always, the local kids came to our office studio while trick-or-treating. This little girl was terrified to have her photo taken while she was wearing her shark head. Her dad made this awesome costume using a motorcycle helmet.

As soon as she took off her helmet, she was all smiles!

Anna dressed Hank up in a Tyler suit. He even has his very own PGA TOUR Rules Official credential. Love it!!!

Charlie's First Birthday

Edward Scissorhands

As always, Rob's Halloween costume did not disappoint! He even won a well-deserved $500 first place award at a costume contest!

Home Sweet Home

Stella was so happy when I came home. Playdate with Hank ... hose play in the backyard ... shower time ... then passed out, swaddled in a blanket. Life is good!

M-I-C-K-E-Y

Overheard at my Disney hotel ... an adorable little 3-yr-old boy ran up gave Mickey a big hug & said, "Mickey's got boobies mom!!!" ... referring to Mickey's big yellow buttons.

Dinner at Hawkers Asian Street Fare with Kevin & Tina. It's an awesome Asian Fusion Tapas restaurant. My kind of place.

Disney Sky

I could tell by the clouds that there was gonna be a GREAT sunset.

It was AWESOME on Disney's Magnolia driving range.

Butterfly & Sunset

While walking to a meeting, I was understandably distracted by a dead monarch butterfly on some colorful brick pavers.

There was a nice sunset while walking Stella after work.

A Foodfilled Day

I had lunch with John & Sherry at Pacific Fusion. I don't think John realized I knew it was his birthday. I made him my signature Ghirardelli dark chocolate brownies with a little birthday message.

Dinner party at Anna & Tyler's always means great food. BBQ ribs, brussel sprouts with bacon & cheesy potatoes.

Busy Sunday

The movers finally show up with some of my stuff from NY ... 5 weeks late! I had 2 bikes & 14 boxes in their full truck.

On the way to the Home Show with Greg & Renee, we stopped at Greg's office. I got to see some great views of the city, lots of cool art & SteinMart's first cash register.

There's a great brick wall outside the convention center ... an awesome spot for portraits.

For dinner, I made seared Ahi tuna & sesame snow pea fresh rolls. Fab.

Food of the Week

Saturday night Tracie made some awesome pizza.

Sunday night Anna made spaghetti bolognaise & cheesy garlic bread. Here's the the butter with fresh chopped basil & parsley.

Starbucks for a jolt on Wednesday to get me thru my dentist & 3 doctors appointments.

Big Alphalam Install

Today Brian drove up to PVB to hang lots of big Alphalams ... about 50 at East HQ, West HQ, TPC Sawgrass Clubhouse & Sawgrass Village. They ranged in size from 24x36 to 36x54 to 22x96. I only took a couple of snaps but they look great.

South Florida

I went to South Florida to help my mom, Hank & Adam with their move.

Very cool crackle glass table at a barstool store.

I got a spot in the white car section at my mom & Hank's condo. Apparently all of the guests drive white cars.

PHOTOJAX 2011

My iPhone picture of Rob fishing in PVB at sunrise was projected on the exterior of the Museum of Contemporary Art Jacksonville tonight as part of the 5x500 Project during PHOTOJAX 2011. I'm bummed I was out of town & wasn't there to see it.
