Golf is a great sport for the whole family!

The Pups ... 8 Days Old

Rob stacked the 5 Wheaten puppies like Lincoln Logs! They were so sleepy that they didn't mind.

No obstacle is too great for Rob. He'll contort himself anyway necessary to get the shot.

Laura is supposed to keep her right foot elevated after surgery. This proves she's following the doctor's orders ... at least for a minute or two.

Siete de Mayo

Mary drove up for THE PLAYERS & Stella made herself right at home.

The sunlight coming thru the plantation shutters made Stella look like a zebra.

Mary's birthday was Cinco de Mayo so we celebrated tonight with 2 mini cakes & a barbeque.

My mom & Hank spent the night on the way to South Florida. Stella helped inflate the EZ Bed in the upstairs office.

Otters

This morning there were 6 otters swimming & playing in the lake in my backyard. 5 of them climbed up the bank into Matt & Ilona's backyard. By the time I got a camera, 2 of them ran around the side of their house. I never realized how fast they can run on land.

Today I went out on the Stadium Course to watch Chris & Chip, the rc helicopter pilot, test the GoPro HD camera.

Chris determines the angle to mount the camera.

Stella's Parents Have Puppies!

Rosie is truly smiling after delivering 5 Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier pups. Does anybody want a Stella sibling?

 

Laddie & Stella wait outside in case any more puppies are born.

Rosie passed out when it was all over.

Laddie & Stella are anxious to meet the puppies.

Afterwards, I decided it was time to buy Stella a raincoat because she LOVES the rain. If she wants to stay outside for hours trying to catch every raindrop that falls from the sky, she's gonna have to wear her new outerwear. I'm tired of having a wet, stinky dog after every rainy day.

Rob came over to test his camera bodies. His subject was Stella & then a playdate broke out.

Charlie usually loves playing with Stella, but wasn't in the mood today.

Stella tried to figure out why Charlie didn't want to play.

The she tried hiding in the grass.

Holly usually stays away from Stella, but today, she just wanted to play. A little role reversal between Holly & Charlie.

Fishing & Spa Day ... it doesn't get any better than that!

5 am wake-up for fishing at the Lodge with John & Rob. The sun wanted to pop out but there were too many clouds on the horizon.

Rob made some cool splashes as he walked thru the surf.

Rob decided it was a good time for some gymnastics.

John's first catch was a whiting.

Rob's first catch were some jelly fish.

Actually, they had just washed up on the beach & Rob picked them up. Ewww!

This sea foam looks like a tropical fish.

John's second catch was a bluefish ...

... with some pretty sharp teeth.

One last cast before packing it in.

After fishing, I met Anna, Renee, Ilona, Keli at the spa for lunch & a day of relaxation.
